Delivery Timeframes:
- Karachi: 1–2 business days
- All Other Cities (Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Quetta & more): 3–4 business days
Shipping Charges:
- Flat shipping fee applies to all orders
- Free delivery on orders above Rs. 5,000 (conditions may apply — check current promotions)
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a notification via email, WhatsApp, or phone call. A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent as soon as your order is dispatched.
We operate a dedicated dispatch center in Karachi for faster, more reliable deliveries across Sindh and beyond.
Returns & Exchange Policy
At Surrati, every product is 100% original, sealed, and directly imported from Saudi Arabia. Due to the personal care nature of our fragrances — including perfume oils, attars, sprays, and bakhoor — we maintain a strict no-return, no-exchange policy to preserve the hygiene, quality, and authenticity of every product.
Please read carefully:
- No Returns or Exchanges: Once a product has been delivered, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will review your case promptly.
- Authenticity Guarantee: Every Surrati product sold on surrati.com.pk is genuine and sealed at the source in Saudi Arabia — guaranteed.
